About Us
The Institute of Research in Political Sciences (IRSP) is a non-governmental organization with not-for-profit goals. Our work at the Institute relates to the promotion of the desires of the nation of Haiti for a participative democracy, economic progress and the urgent social progress.
We will undertake the majority of our research in these fields in order to help them to concretize their ideals.
Hyppolite Pierre is Adjunct Professor of Comparative Politics at the Community College of Baltimore, and Editor for COMAR and the Maryland Register in Maryland's office of the Secretary of State. He received his M.S. in Political Science from Southern Connecticut State University.
IRSP is a tax deductible, non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization registered in the United States of America.
