Institute for Research in Social Sciences and Politics

Mission Statement

The Institute for Research in Social Sciences and Politics (IRSP) is a not-for-profit organization focused on scholarly research for public policy suggestions and analyses, with the ultimate goal of well-balanced, efficient, and effective policy implementation that benefits society in general, and the most vulnerable in particular.

Founded in 2002, IRSP has come to realize that the more people know about and understand the issues, the greater the chances for public officials to make decisions that take into account the economic interests, of the majority in general, and the most vulnerable in particular. IRSP thus disseminates its research findings and policy suggestions in every possible way and conceivable format, from print to web publication, to video format.

IRSP also believes in a strong institutional framework to ensure stability and accurate implementation of policy initiatives. Thus, IRSP always includes as corollary to policy suggestions, administrative procedures that ensure efficiency and transparency to guarantee success.

Each IRSP research project is performed by highly qualified and experienced scholars in the studied area.
